Please come dressed in comfortable athletic attire and don't forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

We recommended shin guards for 4 years old and up. Ask our coaches for advice where to buy and sizing.

Do I need to bring a soccer ball?

No. We provide all the equipment needed for the class. If you prefer to bring your own personal soccer ball, you are more than welcome to and don't forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

Yes, your child will be running a lot and each class has water breaks.
